Shipping Policy

We are a small business and we appreciate your support and patience!

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order is processed.  Please note processing time can take 1-3 business days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. However, our goal is to ship our orders as quickly as possible. Most of our items process 1-3 business days and ship 3-5 business days.

Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.


    • Our fulfillment centers and carriers are open and operational at this time. You may experience temporary delays in the order processing & shipping times as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams. 
    • Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions.
    • Please refer to the estimated delivery window during checkout for your order. Should anything change, we will email you and keep you in the loop as soon as we receive that information.


    • After checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We are a small business & we process orders M-F from 9am-5pm CST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. 
    • Orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process.
    • Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
    • We do ship within the U.S., however, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping.


    • Transit time can take up to 4-7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.
    • However, you may experience temporary delays as a result of our additional COVID-19 safety measures. Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions.
    • **Please allow up to 7-10 business days for furniture and rug deliveries; each order is carefully inspected and packaged.
    • Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified.  



We ship most U.S orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
